Project Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing projects from initiation to completion.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project planning, risk management, client relations, progress reporting, problem-solving, and contract management within the ready mix / construction industry.
- Project Planning:
Develop detailed project plans, outlining the scope, objectives, timelines, and resources required for successful project execution. - Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. - Client Relations:
Foster positive relationships with clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. - Progress Reporting:
Regularly monitor project progress, prepare comprehensive progress reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders. - Problem Solving:
Proactively identify and resolve project-related issues, making quick and effective decisions to keep projects on track. - Contract Management:
Ensure compliance with contract terms, manage project budgets, and optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry preferably in the ready-mix concrete.
- At least 15years experience.
- Strong project planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent risk management and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional client relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in progress reporting and project documentation.
- Knowledge of contract management principles.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
