- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Chairman’s Office and ensure smooth executive functioning
- Manage the Chairman’s strategic agenda, priorities, and executive calendar
- Act as the primary liaison between the Chairman, senior executives, Board members, and government entities
- Coordinate, monitor, and ensure follow-up on the implementation of - Chairman’s decisions and strategic initiatives
- Prepare executive reports, briefing materials, meeting notes, and decision-support documents
- Organize and coordinate high-level meetings, Board activities, executive events, and international engagements
- Manage official communications and assignments delegated by the Chairman
- Oversee travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistical coordination for the Chairman
- Ensure governance, accuracy, and timely execution of strategic initiatives across the organization
- Maintain strict confidentiality and handle highly sensitive matters with discretion
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Chairman’s Office Manager, CEO Office Manager, Chief of Staff, or Senior Executive Assistant roles
- Proven experience within large corporations, holding groups, or diversified organizations
- Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory, additional languages are an advantage
- Strong experience liaising with government entities and senior stakeholders
- Experience coordinating Board-level activities and executive governance
- Ability to operate in highly confidential and sensitive environments
- Strong strategic thinking, execution capability, and decision-making under pressure
- Experience in preparing executive minutes, tracking decisions, and ensuring implementation follow-up
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Management, or related field
- High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality
- Strong executive presence with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Trusted advisor mindset with strong strategic support capability
