Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a highly motivated and proactive Area Manager to join our BEEAH team. This role will be responsible for ensuring an efficient, safe, and reliable operation of waste collection and cleaning services and relevant activities within all specified areas.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor daily waste collection and related services; respond to and resolve customer complaints and inquiries with supervisors
- Oversee planning, and review the work of staff responsible for waste collection and related cleaning services
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Participate in the preparation of corporate goals and objectives
- Provide responsible staff assistance to the Section’s Supervisor/Inspectors,
- Prepare monthly reports and other necessary correspondence
- Ensure compliance to the HSSE standards
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the area of waste collection including lead supervisory responsibility.
- English and Arabic written and spoken
- Driving License
- Considerable knowledge of the equipment, procedures, routes, and associated Beeah policies.
- Ability to co‑ordinate multiple aspects of the waste collection program and to respond to unforeseen situations such as weather conditions, equipment breakdowns, environmental spills
- Demonstrated ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
- Thorough knowledge of the company organization and market environment.
- Strong expertise in environmental issues and waste management techniques.
