Fulkrum is looking for an experienced Head of Integrity / Asset Integrity & Consultancy Services Manager to lead and further develop our established Asset Integrity Management department.
This role can be based in the Middle East, with a preference for candidates located in the UAE, KSA or Qatar. The role will have a strong focus on opportunities within the Middle East and Europe/Africa, while also supporting wider international activity as required.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded technical leader to take responsibility for an existing AIM function, strengthen its operational and technical delivery, and support continued growth across key markets. The successful candidate will bring strong technical credibility in asset integrity, inspection assurance and consultancy services, combined with the leadership, commercial awareness and client-facing capability needed to support an established department and take it to the next stage of growth.
Key responsibilities will include:
- leading Fulkrum’s established Asset Integrity Management and Consultancy Services department;
- strengthening the delivery, structure and performance of the AIM service offering;
- identifying and developing new business opportunities across asset integrity, consultancy and specialist technical advisory services;
- overseeing the preparation and delivery of AIM and consultancy scopes, including areas such as RBI, FFS, corrosion assessments, pipeline integrity, inspection planning and failure investigations;
- providing technical governance and subject matter expertise across asset integrity and consultancy workscopes;
- working closely with regional, operational, commercial and business development teams to align the service offering with client and market requirements;
- reviewing and improving internal processes, tools and systems to ensure consistent, compliant and high-quality service delivery;
- engaging with strategic clients to understand technical requirements, shape proposals and support project delivery;
- taking ownership of technical and commercial proposals, with support from the Commercial team;
- supporting cost tracking, project budgets, timelines and department performance;
- developing technical capability across the department through recruitment, onboarding, mentoring and knowledge sharing; and
- representing Fulkrum at client meetings, industry events, technical forums and conferences.
We are looking for someone with:
- strong experience in asset integrity, inspection assurance, engineering consultancy or a closely related technical field;
- proven ability to lead technical service delivery across complex or international projects;
- experience managing or supporting an established technical department or service line;
- strong commercial awareness, including experience identifying opportunities, supporting proposals and developing client relationships;
- knowledge of relevant industry standards and codes, such as API, ASME, DNV and ISO;
- experience working with regional or international teams;
- strong communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills;
- the ability to operate strategically while remaining close to technical and operational detail; and
- flexibility to travel regionally and internationally as required.
