Operations Manager – Interior Fit‑Out – Joinery, UAE

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead all operational activities across multiple Interior Fit‑Out and Joinery projects in the UAE. The successful candidate will drive project delivery, profitability, operational excellence, and client satisfaction.

• Lead all project operations from award through handover.
• Supervise Project Managers, Site Engineers, Procurement, Planning, QA/QC, and Factory Teams.
• Monitor project profitability, resource allocation, and productivity.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to company quality standards.
• Coordinate with Design, Estimation, Procurement, Joinery Factory, and Site Teams.
• Develop operational procedures and KPIs.
• Review contracts, risks, claims, and commercial matters.
• Support tendering and business development activities.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients and consultants.

• Minimum 10 years UAE experience in Interior Fit‑Out & Joinery.
• Minimum 3 years as Operations Manager or Senior Project Manager.
• Proven experience managing projects with a combined annual value exceeding AED

  Million.
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge.
• Experience managing joinery factory operations is highly preferred.
• UAE Driving License.

• PMP Certification.
• Primavera P6.
• Lean Construction knowledge.
• Experience implementing ERP systems.
