PMC Contracts Manager - Major Projects

Wood is currently recruiting for an experienced PMC Contracts Manager role for ADNOC offshore client to join us and make an impact within our Oil Gas New Energies business. Due to the nature of the projects and client expectation the position will be based full time at Abu Dhabi office.

• Contract management across 2 already awarded major EPC projects, ensuring robust and effective post‑award contract administration.
• Safeguarding contractual entitlements and managing claims.
• Providing leadership across multidisciplinary project teams in alignment with applicable policies, procedures and contractual frameworks.

• BS degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 20 years of experience in contract management for major oil & gas, energy, infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated experience in both pre‑award tender management and post‑award contract administration.
• Strong background in managing high‑value EPC / EPCM contracts and complex claims negotiations.
• Proven track record of successfully closing out contracts with optimised commercial outcomes.
• Experience in dispute avoidance, claims management and claims negotiation will be prioritised for this role.
