Supervisor - Public Marine Facilities

Core Responsibilities

• Provides supervision of the Marina Management.
• Preparation of budget estimates, progress, and cost tracking reports.
• Permits and license requirements.
• Contractor selection for maintenance and operation of the facility.
• Implements quality control programs using LEAN methodology to standardize and optimize facility performance in line with the Global Marina Management strategy.
• Coordinate supervision of the marina management services, including marina operating systems, maintenance processes, repair and improvement, custodial services, and security operations.
• Coordinates maintenance activities across various functions and departments to maximize production and utilization of personnel and equipment.
• Recommends operating methods and equipment to reduce marina management costs through new sources, substitutions, improved systems or methods, and enhanced service quality and safety.
• Preparation of contract scope specifications.
• Administers facility service agreements for maintenance.
• Ensures consistent implementation of standards for clean and tidy facilities and supports operations through site-based auditing.

• Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members, providing constructive feedback and setting goals for professional growth.
• Foster a strong sense of collaboration and teamwork among team members to maximize collective potential.
• Ensure a balanced workload distribution among team members to prevent burnout and promote productivity.

• Bachelor degree in marina management or equivalent.
• Excellent command of English and preferably Arabic.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in marina management or related maritime facilities management.
