Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Operations Manager
Responsibilities
Lead the entire subcontracts lifecycle from initial solicitation to closeout, ensuring all contractual obligations are met. Negotiate complex subcontract agreements, securing favorable terms and conditions while mitigating potential risks. Manage subcontractor performance, conducting regular audits and progress reviews to ensure adherence to scope and schedule. Oversee the development and issuance of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring clarity and completeness of requirements.
QualificationsPossesses a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Construction Management). Holds relevant certifications, such as Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) or similar, showcasing expertise. Demonstrates a minimum of 18 years of progressive experience in subcontracts management within the construction or related industry. Exhibits a strong understanding of contract law, procurement processes, and risk management principles.
Eligibility Criteria- Experience in Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore
- Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred
- Clean-shaven policy applicable
- Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible
Maximum age limit is 49 years. For managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience.
Managerial and SR. PositionsA minimum of 5 years of Gulf experience in the relevant field is mandatory.
