Project Planning and Scheduling
Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules using project management software.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Identify critical path activities and potential bottlenecks.
Resource ManagementDetermine resource requirements and allocate resources appropriately. Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment. Monitor and adjust resource allocation as necessary to meet project deadlines.
Progress Monitoring and ReportingTrack project progress against the baseline schedule and provide regular updates to management. Prepare and present detailed progress reports including forecasts and variance analysis. Identify and address any issues or delays that may impact project timelines.
Risk ManagementConduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for potential project risks. Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle. Implement contingency plans as necessary to address unforeseen challenges.
Stakeholder CoordinationLiaise with project team members, contractors, and clients to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Facilitate regular project meetings and coordinate activities between different departments and teams. Ensure that all project stakeholders are kept informed of project status and any changes.
Documentation and ComplianceMaintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, reports, and correspondence. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and contractual requirements. Prepare and submit required documentation to regulatory authorities and clients as needed.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Experience in project planning and scheduling.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project). Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
Eligibility Criteria- Experience in Pipeline, Oil & Gas, EPC, Flowline, Wellhead, Brownfield, Upstream, Onshore
- Gulf or ADNOC experience preferred
- Clean‑shaven policy applicable
- Candidates with Metro, Building, Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible
- Minimum of 5 years of Gulf experience in the relevant field for managerial and senior positions
Maximum age limit is 49 years. For managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience.
