Project Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager, Regulatory Compliance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with proven UAE construction experience to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of building projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of project execution, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams while maintaining compliance with UAE regulations and industry best practices.

• Lead and manage all project phases from planning through completion.
• Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and oversee project execution.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, costs, and resource utilization.
• Manage subcontractors and coordinate contract execution.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Prepare and present project progress reports and cost updates.
• Review and manage variation orders, change requests, and project risks.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal departments to resolve project issues.
• Oversee project close-out activities, including testing, commissioning, handover documentation, and final project completion.
• Build, lead, and motivate multidisciplinary project teams to achieve project objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years serving as a Project Manager in the UAE construction market.
• Proven UAE experience managing finishing, hospitality/tourism, and commercial construction projects is required.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, cost control, and construction methodologies.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• CCP and/or PSP certifications are an added advantage.
