AD Ports Group is seeking a WMCC‑VTS Manager to oversee the WMCC‑VTS centre in Abu Dhabi. You will manage vessel traffic service operations, supervise VTSOs and shift rosters, ensure compliance with safety and quality management systems, and lead continuous improvements across procedures and reporting.
You will develop emergency procedures, coordinate training and audits, and drive automation of VTS processes while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships with AD Maritime and ITC.
