Responsibilities
Lead and manage the entire subcontracts lifecycle from initial solicitation to closeout ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations and company policies. Develop and implement subcontracting strategies that align with overall project goals optimizing cost, schedule and quality. Negotiate complex subcontract agreements including pricing, terms and conditions to secure favorable outcomes for the organization. Oversee the selection and evaluation of subcontractors ensuring they meet the required qualifications and performance standards.
Qualifications- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Holds relevant certifications such as Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) or similar.
- Demonstrates at least 20 years of progressive experience in subcontract management within the construction or related industry.
- Exhibits a deep understanding of contract law, procurement principles, and subcontracting best practices.
