Black & Grey HR seeks a Crewing Team Leader – Offshore & Marine for its Abu Dhabi operations. The role commands end-to-end crewing for offshore survey, diving, and subsea projects across the UAE and GCC, with a focus on UAE operations and regional support.
You will manage the Central Crewing function, ensure crew readiness, certifications, rotation planning, and timely mobilization while driving process improvements. A Bachelor’s degree and 8–12 years of crewing experience are required.
