This is a rare opportunity to build and lead a world‑class marina business from the ground up. Backed by significant long‑term investment, the successful candidate will be responsible for defining the strategy, investment pipeline, development and operational performance of a growing marina portfolio, positioning the business as a market leader across the UAE and internationally.

Operating within a sophisticated Public‑Private Partnership (PPP) and infrastructure investment environment, this role combines strategic investment, large‑scale waterfront development and operational leadership, offering the opportunity to shape one of the region's most exciting marina platforms.

Reporting to the Executive Leadership Team and Board, the CEO will provide strategic and commercial leadership across all aspects of the marina business, including investment, development, operations, asset management and long‑term growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute the long‑term strategy for the marina platform.
• Build a diversified portfolio through acquisitions, concessions, PPPs and greenfield developments.
• Identify and evaluate new marina investment opportunities across the UAE and selected international markets.
• Lead feasibility studies, commercial evaluations, financial modelling and business case development.
• Structure and negotiate concession agreements, PPPs, BOT and BOOT opportunities.
• Oversee the planning, design, development and delivery of new marina projects.
• Drive operational excellence, customer experience and asset performance across the portfolio.
• Maximise commercial performance, profitability and long‑term asset value.
• Develop revenue strategies across berthing, superyacht services, marine services, hospitality, retail, waterfront activation and destination management.
• Build strong relationships with government entities, investors, developers, tourism authorities, marine regulators, yacht clubs and strategic partners.
• Recruit, develop and lead a high‑performing executive team while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability and excellence.

We are seeking an internationally recognised marina executive with a proven track record of leading complex marina businesses and delivering sustainable commercial growth.

The successful candidate will combine strategic vision with hands‑on operational leadership and possess extensive experience across marina development, investment, commercial management and operations.

• 20+ years' experience within the marina industry.
• Previous experience as CEO, Managing Director, Executive Director or equivalent executive leadership role.
• Proven success leading major marina businesses or multi‑site marina portfolios.
• Significant experience delivering marina developments and waterfront projects.
• Strong commercial, financial and P&L leadership experience.
• Expertise in marina operations, asset management and customer experience.
• Experience working with governments, regulators, investors and private sector partners.
• Outstanding stakeholder management, negotiation and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build, transform and grow organisations.

• Experience with in Public‑Private Partnerships (PPP), concessions or infrastructure investment platforms.
• Knowledge of BOT, BOOT and other concession delivery models.
• Experience operating within the Middle East.
• Exposure to sovereign wealth funds, infrastructure investors or government‑backed organisations.
