Contract Manager
1.1 Job Scope Summary The Contract Manager is responsible for the administration, implementation, and management of the Company's contractual obligations, commercial agreements, and more.
- Manage contractual activities for landscape and civil projects, ensuring compliance, risk management and stakeholder collaboration while leading negotiations and contract administration.
- Conduct detailed cost estimation for projects by analyzing blueprints, specifications and other documents to ensure accuracy in budgeting.
- Source and evaluate suppliers and vendors to optimise cost, quality and delivery.
- Support the Logistics Commercial Leader in planning and scheduling of shipping, trucking, freight forwarding, port activities and adherence to regulations.
- Assist in regulatory documentation, ensure compliance, maintain databases and review labeling; requires a degree in Life Sciences and familiarity with global submission processes.
- Manage customer agreements, billing, traffic fines and reporting while coordinating with departments; requires CRM experience, attention to detail and communication skills.
- Prepare the submission, follow‑up of tenders, quotations, and commercial proposals; coordinate with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
- Oversee safe transport of passengers or goods while adhering to traffic laws, conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections to maintain safety.
