Copy Lead (AI Content Operations) About the Role
Bybit is looking for a Copy Lead to build and scale the future of content creation.
This is not a traditional copywriting role. We are not looking for someone whose primary strength is writing copy. We are looking for someone who can build systems, optimize workflows, leverage AI, and lead operational excellence across our global content organization.
As Copy Lead, you will own the end‑to‑end copy ecosystem across Bybit Global and regulated entities. You will lead a team of copywriters and copy operations specialists while partnering closely with the Content Director to transform how copy is requested, created, reviewed, approved, and delivered.
Your mission is to create a world‑class, AI‑powered copy operation that delivers faster turnaround times, higher quality output, stronger brand consistency, and significantly reduced manual effort.
This role sits at the intersection of Content, Operations, AI, and Process Design.

- Design AI-powered copy creation workflows
- Build proprietary prompt libraries and AI skills
- Create automated quality assurance systems
- Develop scalable content operations frameworks
- Reduce copy production bottlenecks
- Increase content quality while reducing delivery time
- Establish the operational foundation for content automation at scale
- Own the complete copy intake and delivery workflow across Bybit.
- Design scalable request management and prioritization frameworks.
- Improve workflow efficiency, transparency, and stakeholder experience.
- Establish SLAs and operational performance standards.
- Build reporting systems to measure productivity and turnaround times.
- Continuously identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Design and deploy AI‑assisted copy creation workflows.
- Build prompt frameworks, AI skills, templates, and reusable content systems.
- Evaluate and implement solutions using Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, and future AI technologies.
- Create quality control systems for AI‑generated content.
- Develop automation frameworks that reduce manual effort while maintaining quality.
- Partner with Product and AI teams to integrate Bybit's internal AI capabilities into content operations.
- Own and evolve Bybit's copy standards and style guides.
- Ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Maintain tone‑of‑voice frameworks across global and regulated markets.
- Build scalable governance systems that protect brand quality while enabling faster execution.
- Establish review and approval frameworks that support global scale.
- Lead and mentor a team of copywriters and copy operations specialists.
- Set performance standards and operational KPIs.
- Build training programs focused on AI adoption and operational excellence.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and experimentation.
- Partner directly with the Content Director on the future roadmap of content operations.
- Drive initiatives that improve quality, speed, automation, and scalability.
- Develop the long‑term vision for AI‑powered content creation at Bybit.
- Act as the operational bridge between Content, Product, Marketing, Compliance, and AI teams.
- Complete a full audit of current copy operations.
- Identify and address major workflow bottlenecks.
- Establish standardized intake and prioritization systems.
- Launch initial AI‑powered workflow improvements.
- Deliver measurable improvements in turnaround time and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Significantly reduce manual intervention across the copy workflow.
