Job Purpose
The role is responsible for leading the engineering delivery of infrastructure and software development work packages, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will work closely with cross‑functional teams, customers, and stakeholders to drive successful project execution throughout the "Build & Run" lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering work packages, including scheduling, budget control, risk management, and resource planning.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure successful delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate and manage customer meetings, project reviews, and progress reporting.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Systems Engineering, Software Development, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and IVVQ.
- Work closely with the Project Manager and engineering discipline leads to ensure effective resource allocation and skills management.
- Identify and resolve delivery risks, issues, and bottlenecks to maintain project momentum.
- Promote Agile and Lean methodologies to improve delivery performance and team efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Mentor and support delivery teams, encouraging continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Ensure all engineering activities comply with quality, cybersecurity, and project governance requirements.
- Master's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software or engineering delivery, with at least 3 years in a Delivery Manager or Work Package Manager role.
- Experience delivering complex engineering or software projects within multidisciplinary and multicultural environments.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, including planning, scheduling, risk management, stakeholder management, and reporting.
- Experience working with Software Engineers, Dev Ops Engineers, Solution Architects, and Systems Engineering teams.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Git Lab, and similar platforms.
- Knowledge of Agile, Lean, and collaborative engineering practices.
- Experience in environments with high cybersecurity and critical system requirements is highly desirable.
- PMP or IPMA certification is an advantage.
- Fluent in English;
French and/or Arabic is a plus.
