Construction Manager - Equipment Erection; Walkin
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Oversee the entire erection process of heavy machinery and specialized equipment ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards Develop and implement detailed erection plans method statements and risk assessments for complex equipment installations Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams including mechanical engineers riggers welders and safety officers on-site Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations company policies and international standards during erection activities Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in the erection of heavy industrial equipment.
Proven track record managing large-scale erection projects in sectors like oil & gas, power generation, or mining.
Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is highly advantageous.
- Experience in construction (not design), Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore
- Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred
- Clean-shaven policy applicable
- Candidates must be immediate joiners
- Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible
Maximum age limit is 49 years
For managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience
A minimum of 5 years of Gulf experience in the relevant field is mandatory
