Position：Vice President of Completion Department:-Oilfield Technical Service Company-Completion Technology and Products Industrial Group
Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in the strategic planning discussions of the group, and assist the President in providing recommendations on the development directions for both domestic and international businesses.
- Assist the President in making decisions on major projects and significant matters encountered in daily operational activities.
- Assist the President in formulating the overall technology development strategy and objectives for the Completion Industrial Group, based on the group’s technological needs and combined with domestic and international industry conditions.
- Assist the President in organizing resources to track the latest technological developments, conduct new technology research and development, and organize the implementation of technology capability building and technology capability enhancement efforts.
- Assist the President in guiding the improvement and enhancement of existing technologies; take responsibility for the cultivation, introduction, and promotion support of new technologies.
- Assist the President in organizing the formulation of talent introduction strategies and talent structure optimization plans for the Completion Industrial Group, and guide and supervise the implementation of talent recruitment and team building and team development efforts.
- Assist the President in overseeing the daily management, relationship maintenance, and handling of major issues with key clients, and drive the improvement of customer satisfaction.
- Have a bachelor's degree or higher in petroleum engineering, oil and gas field development, or a related field..
- More than 10 years of work experience in completion-related fields, with at least 5 years in a managerial position; experience in cross-departmental work or multi-functional team management is preferred.
- Possess excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to make sound choices under complex circumstances.
- Have a deep understanding of completion, including market trends, competitors, and customer needs; possess completion-related technical or professional knowledge (such as product management, sales strategies, etc.).
- English proficiency at a business negotiation level; a second foreign language is preferred.
- Be familiar with project management principles and tools, and be able to effectively plan, execute, and monitor project progress.
- Demonstrate innovative thinking, with the ability to propose new ideas and strategies to drive departmental development.
