Facility & Maintenance Manager
Company: Misr Abu Dhabi
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- 10+ years of Facility Management experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership position.
- Proven experience within the Real Estate sector.
- Strong expertise in MEP systems, asset management, predictive maintenance, and operational best practices.
- Experience managing contractors, service providers, procurement, and facility service contracts.
- Solid understanding of HSE regulations and compliance requirements.
- Professional certifications such as PMP or LEED are considered an advantage.
- Previous experience working on public or governmental projects is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
