TALENT ONE EMPLOYMENT SERVICES in Abu Dhabi seeks an Estimation Manager (Roads and Bridges) to lead the estimation function for major infrastructure projects, driving tender submissions, cost estimates and BOQ reviews. Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, Commercial and Project teams to deliver competitive bids, manage risk, and mentor the estimation team.
Requires 10+ years in estimation, 5+ years in a managerial role, and strong knowledge of FIDIC, value engineering and pricing
