Finance Manager

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead finance operations for a fast-growing retail and entertainment business in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end finance and accounting operations across multiple outlets.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash flow, compliance, and internal controls.
- Partner with business leaders to improve profitability and support strategic decision-making.
- Lead and mentor the finance team while driving operational excellence and process improvements.
- 8–15 years of Finance & Accounting experience.
- Minimum 5 years in a Finance Manager (or equivalent managerial) role.
- Experience managing 10–15 retail outlets or business units
. - Proven experience leading a team of 5–10 finance professionals
. - Strong background in Retail is highly preferred.
- Candidates from Entertainment, Gaming, Family Entertainment Centres (FEC), Leisure, Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, or Multi-Branch Retail Chains are encouraged to apply.
- Professional qualifications such as CA, ACCA, CMA, CPA, or CIMA are an added advantage but not mandatory
. - UAE experience is preferred but not mandatory.
