Lead the internal facilities team to ensure all company offices, labour camps, and facilities operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities- Team & Operations Leadership: Direct internal teams (technicians, supervisors, coordinators) across all locations to oversee daily maintenance, repairs, housekeeping, and utilities.
- Maintenance & Asset Management: Execute preventive/corrective maintenance for building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, lifts, generators) and maintain detailed asset/inspection registers.
- Compliance & Safety: Partner with HSE and regulatory bodies (Civil Defence, municipalities, utilities) to secure permits and ensure full health, safety, and fire-life safety compliance.
- Vendor & Project Management: Supervise external contractors (cleaning, pest control, waste management) and lead renovation, fit-out, and relocation projects.
- Budget & Stakeholder Coordination: Manage the FM budget, drive cost savings, deliver performance reports, and align with internal departments (HR, Finance, Procurement, IT, Camp Management).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years in FM, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role overseeing multi-site internal teams.
- Sector Focus: Experience in construction or labor accommodation preferred; strong knowledge of UAE facilities and regulatory requirements.
