We are seeking an experienced Supervisor for a position in Abu-Dhabi, with a salary of 1000.

• The successful candidate will lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the business and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
• They will be responsible for supervising staff and providing them with clear direction and guidance.
• They will need to monitor staff performance, ensure safety regulations are followed, maintain high standards of customer service, resolve customer complaints in a timely manner, maintain accurate records, oversee inventory and stock levels, implement new procedures and policies as needed, manage budgets effectively, and perform other tasks as required.

• The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities and be able to motivate staff.
• They should also have problem-solving abilities to help solve customer complaints or operational issues quickly.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred but not essential.
