Project Manager for Indian Nationals in Al Shamkhah City, UAE

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Al Shamkhah City, UAE. The ideal candidate for this position is an Indian national with a strong background in project management and experience working in the UAE.

• Manage all aspects of project planning, execution, monitoring, and control
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of project milestones
• Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and senior management
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful delivery of projects
• Facilitate meetings and lead discussions to drive decision-making and problem-solving
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field
• 5+ years of experience in project management role
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to closure
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Biometric passport is required for this position

• Indian nationality
• Previous experience working in the UAE or other Gulf countries
• Familiarity with local regulations and business practices in the UAE
