Project Manager for English Speaking Freshers in Al Shamkhah City, UAE
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Manager to join our team in Al Shamkhah City, UAE. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Lead project teams and manage project resources effectively.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timelines are met.
- Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues.
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment within the project team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving goals.
- Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Asana.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
