The primary role of this position is to ensure the success of the business through effective management of staff, resources and processes. This includes setting objectives, monitoring performance against targets and taking corrective action if needed. The Manager will also be responsible for creating a positive working environment where everyone can thrive, as well as recruitment, training and development of personnel.
The ideal candidate should also be familiar with budgeting and financial management practices in order to ensure the company remains successful and profitable.
We are looking for candidates who possess excellent interpersonal skills along with strong communication abilities both verbal and written in English language. Experience in leading teams or managing projects would be considered an advantage but is not essential as full training will be provided.
