Project manager in Bani Yas City, UAE

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Bani Yas City. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from conception to completion and leading a multidisciplinary team to ensure the successful delivery of all project objectives.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills. The ability to motivate a team and prioritize tasks effectively is essential in this role. You should also have a good understanding of project management principles and methods, as well as experience delivering projects on time and within budget.

The Project Manager will be expected to:

• Lead the development of project plans and track progress against these plans throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage workflows, resources, budgets and timelines
• Establish clear roles and responsibilities for each team member
• Monitor progress against goals, elevate issues when necessary, remove roadblocks and provide support to the team
• Develop reports, presentations, documentation and metrics for internal stakeholders
• Identify potential risks or problems that could delay the completion of objectives
• Liaise with external partners or vendors as needed
• Ensure quality control throughout all stages of the project
• Make recommendations for process improvements.

To be considered for this position you must have a bachelor’s degree in business management or another related field as a minimum requirement. A master’s degree would be advantageous. You must also demonstrate at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role with experience managing large scale projects valued at over $1 million USD preferred. Experience working with remote teams is also desirable.
