We are seeking a motivated and experienced Security Manager to join our organization in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the security team and ensuring the safety of all personnel, property, and assets on site. You will oversee daily security operations, create and enforce policies and procedures, monitor security personnel performance, investigate security breaches, and make recommendations for improvements.

The ideal candidate for this job should possess a degree in a relevant field such as criminal justice or law enforcement. They should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role as well as prior experience managing a team of personnel. They should also have excellent communication skills, an eye for detail, problem solving abilities, and strong leadership qualities.

They must also be willing to work long hours when needed and have a valid driver’s license with no traffic violations.
