Vacancy:
Project Manager – Al Shamkhah City
- Bachelor’s degree in project management or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry
- Fluency in English and Arabic, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting and resource allocation
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Must be willing to travel as needed
- Oversee the planning and execution of all projects
- Set deadlines, assign tasks and manage resources to ensure successful completion of projects on time and within budget
- Monitor progress of all projects and provide timely reports to senior management on performance metrics such as budget, timeline, etc.
- Develop procedures for quality assurance on all projects and ensure compliance with established standards
- Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Competitive salary up to 1700 per month
- Travel expenses will be covered for required business trips
