House Manager for Indian Family in Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Indian family's household in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will be able to manage a large household with multiple staff members and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

• Manage the household staff, including hiring, scheduling, and training
• Create and maintain household budgets and financial records
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and repairs of the property
• Oversee the procurement of household supplies and groceries
• Plan and supervise events and gatherings hosted at the residence
• Ensure that all aspects of the household run smoothly, including meal planning, laundry, cleaning, and organization
• Keep track of important dates and events for the family, such as birthdays and anniversaries

• Minimum 5 years experience as a House Manager or similar role in a large household
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus)
• Excellent organizational skills with an attention to detail
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
• Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed
