Supervisor
Abu-Dhabi, UAE
Competitive salary of 1500 AED per month.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee staff performance and motivate team members to reach their goals.
- Provide direction to ensure the completion of daily tasks.
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback.
- Ensure adherence to company policy.
- Manage resources efficiently.
- Mentor and train new staff members.
- Develop relationships with customers and vendors.
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively.
- Prepare reports on employee performance and productivity as required.
- Review workflow processes for efficiency.
At least two years of experience in a similar supervisory role.
Ability to take initiative, multitask and manage time efficiently.
