We are seeking a Manager for our office in Abu-Dhabi. This person will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, managing the staff, and ensuring that all goals and objectives are met. The successful candidate must have excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills in order to coordinate the activities of the team and ensure high quality customer service.
The Manager is expected to provide leadership to employees, delegate tasks as needed, and ensure that all employees understand their roles and responsibilities. This position requires a professional who is able to interact with customers in a polite and respectful manner. The successful candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, be able to understand customer needs, be highly organized, and possess superior knowledge of business processes.
The Manager will need to stay current with industry trends in order to make appropriate decisions regarding staffing, training programs, budgeting and personnel development. In addition, they should be able to use their knowledge of business strategies and processes to develop efficient solutions for any issues that arise.
We are offering a salary of 1100 per month for this position. We are also willing to consider an immigrant for this role. While experience is preferred, we are also open to hiring someone without experience who can demonstrate the necessary skills required for the job.
