Manager job in Abu-Dhabi UAE
Luxury Hotel Group is seeking a Manager for our Abu-Dhabi location. This position offers a competitive salary of 1100 and is open to both local and immigrant candidates.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, setting goals, providing leadership, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of management experience in the hospitality industry
- Proven leadership abilities and excellent communication skills
- Ability to delegate tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships
- Knowledge of hotel operations systems and software preferred
