Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and problem solving skills, as well as the ability to lead and motivate a team of professionals. The role involves planning, executing, monitoring and coordinating various projects from start to finish. The successful applicant should be able to work independently and maintain high standards of customer service.

Furthermore, they should have the ability to keep calm under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.

• Manage projects from the initial concept to completion, ensuring all deadlines are met
• Establish project objectives by examining project proposals and plans; conferring with management
• Monitor progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
• Foster strong relationships with clients through open communication
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project schedule and monitor progress accordingly
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques

• Proven experience in working on international projects in a similar role is required
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English

Salary: 1700 AED
