Project Manager, Change Management, Project & Program Management

• Own the delivery baseline covering scope, schedule, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and resourcing against a milestone set tied to liquidated-damages/KPI regime
• Run mobilisation and design, including governance setup, requirements workshops, high-level design, depot visits, vehicle inspection surveys, and quality/test baseline establishment
• Lead Area Go-Lives covering installation, integration, testing, cutover, training, and post-launch stabilisation
• Drive client acceptance and handover into warranty/maintenance through eventual contract hand-back
• Participate in the programme board and maintain live risk and issue registers, escalating issues appropriately
• Enforce formal change control and assess changes for cost, schedule, BOM, and SLA impact
• Report consistent status information to the client, prime contractor, and Ridango management
• Own the test baseline and traceability chain from requirements through acceptance
• Coordinate with the prime contractor, local installation/O M partner, and Ridango delivery team
• Represent Ridango within the programme governance structure and maintain accountability for schedule, milestones, deliverables, risk, and change

• Fluent English;
  Arabic is a bonus
• Real experience delivering a large, multi-stakeholder public-transport ITS programme—AVM, CAD-AVL, RTPI, AFC, or similar—within the last 4 years
• Experience working under milestone/liquidated-damages contracts with formal acceptance certificates and KPI deductions
• Experience as a subcontractor inside a prime or consortium PMO
• PM credential such as PRINCE2, PMP, or similar
• Comfortable working within the framework mandated by the client
• Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi and obtain residency/labour permits
• Confidence running governance conversations with a government client at director level
• Prior GCC or Abu Dhabi experience is advantageous but not required
• Familiarity with sovereign-cloud requirements and public-sector acceptance processes is advantageous but not required
• Depot/fleet installation experience across a multi-operator bus network is advantageous but not required
• Experience taking a programme through transition into O M and contract hand-back is advantageous but not required

Demonstrates expertise in managing large, multi-stakeholder public-transport ITS programmes, ensuring adherence to milestones, deliverables, and governance structures. Proficient in risk management, change control, and client engagement at a senior level.
