Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly-motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring a safe and productive work environment, and providing leadership to our staff. The salary offered is 1000 AED per month. Foreigners are welcome to apply.
Demands for the Candidate- 5+ years' experience in a supervisory role
- In-depth knowledge of the company's policies and procedures
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lead a team effectively
- Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Proven ability to solve problems quickly and effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Management preferred
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is an advantage but not mandatory
- Oversee all operational activities in the company including, but not limited to, personnel management, budgeting, purchasing, and customer service.
- Develop strategies for improving efficiency and productivity within the organization.
- Monitor employee performance, provide feedback, resolve conflicts, coach employees on best practices, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop performance standards for all employees; implement training plans where necessary.
- Ensure that all safety protocols are being followed at all times; handle emergency situations as they arise.
- Maintain records of attendance and other employee information; monitor timekeeping accuracy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Management preferred
- 5+ years’ experience in a supervisory role
- Proven ability to lead effectively
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Ability to multi-task efficiently
- Knowledge of relevant policies & procedures
- High level of integrity & professionalism
