• Manage daily operations of the office in Abu Dhabi
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for efficient office operations
• Oversee financial management activities including budgeting, tracking expenses and accounts receivable/payable
• Monitor team performance to ensure quality standards are met
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow across the organization
• Prepare reports for senior management review
• Manage external vendors for office supplies and services as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role required
• Proven track record of developing successful operational strategies
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
