We are seeking an experienced Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company that values its employees and provides a great work environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of management experience, and should be highly organized, motivated, and hardworking.
Responsibilities- Developing and implementing strategies to meet organizational goals
- Managing staff and overseeing daily operations
- Ensuring adherence to legal regulations and company policies
- Establishing performance goals for team members and monitoring progress
- Developing operational plans for efficient operations and meeting deadlines
- Directing the hiring process for new employees and conducting employee performance reviews
- Staying abreast of industry trends to ensure competitive advantage
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Previous experience as a manager or supervisor in a similar role
- Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and best practices in the industry
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively
- Ability to manage conflict effectively
Salary: 1700 AED/month (We are willing to consider an immigrant)
