• Manage the team on all operational aspects including staffing, training, budgeting, planning and execution
• Develop strategies to meet organizational objectives
• Monitor performance of staff and take corrective action when required
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Oversee recruitment process of new staff members
• Develop plans for growth in key areas of business operations
• Maintain relationships with vendors, partners and clients
• Oversee financial management of operations

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience managing teams in a corporate setting
• Proven track record of success leading teams towards achieving goals and objectives
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make sound decisions quickly
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

The salary range for this position is 1000 AED per month.
