We are looking for a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Bani Yas City. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage and develop projects that will have a direct impact on the success of our organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of projects. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to multitask and work independently.
Responsibilities- Develop project plans that define scope, deliverables, timelines, responsibilities and cost estimates
- Monitor progress against project plans, mitigating risks as necessary
- Manage resources to ensure effective use of time, budget and personnel
- Track project performance using appropriate systems (e.g. Gantt charts)
- Lead meetings with stakeholders to discuss project objectives
- Prepare reports for upper management regarding project status
- Ensure client requirements are met in a timely manner
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Proven experience managing projects from start to finish
- Proficient with relevant software (Gantt charts)
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong problem solving abilities
