Role DescriptionThe Delivery Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi, responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives and complex programs for VerityX clients. This role involves planning and managing project timelines, scope, resources, and budgets, while ensuring that solutions are implemented on schedule and meet quality standards. The Delivery Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams and client stakeholders, facilitate clear communication, manage risks and issues, and support decision-making throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Day-to-day activities include coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking progress, preparing status reports, and driving continuous improvement in delivery practices. The role also requires building strong relationships with clients, understanding their objectives, and ensuring that outcomes are aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Energy Sector Experience
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, assess risks, and support evidence-based decision-making.
- Proven program management experience, including planning, execution, governance, and stakeholder reporting.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients, presenting updates, and aligning diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated team management capabilities, including mentoring, workload coordination, and conflict resolution.
- Consulting skills to understand client needs, propose solutions, and influence outcomes in complex environments.
- Experience delivering projects for financial institutions, regulators, governments, or other mission-critical enterprises is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi and collaborate effectively in a multicultural, cross-functional environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, information systems, or a related field; advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) are beneficial.
