A reputable company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team. This position is suitable for Nepali individuals with strong English speaking skills and the ability to work part-time with their own visa.
As a Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company managing a team of employees and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. You will also be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to drive business growth and increase profitability.
The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a managerial role preferably in the same industry. They should have excellent leadership skills strong communication abilities and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations of the company
- Manage a team of employees
- Develop and implement business strategies
- Monitor financial performance and make necessary adjustments
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Build positive relationships with clients stakeholders and vendors
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for employees
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role
- Excellent leadership skills
- Strong communication abilities
- Ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Fluent in English both written and verbal
- nepali nationality preferred
