We are a leading company in Abu Dhabi seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager of Operations As the Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all operational aspects of our business This includes designing and implementing efficient and effective processes ensuring timely delivery of productsservices and managing a team to achieve business objectives The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills strong analytical abilities and a proven track record in operations management Fluency in Malayalam is preferred but not mandatory Salary is USD 1200month with additional benefits Own visa holders are encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities- Manage all operational activities including procurement production logistics distribution and customer service
- Design and implement efficient processes to improve productivity and reduce costs
- Ensure timely delivery of productsservices to meet customer demands
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock levels to prevent stockouts
- Lead a team of supervisors and workers to achieve business objectives
- Analyze data and provide insights for decision making
- Conduct performance evaluations training programs and development plans for team members
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Develop strategies for continuous improvement in operations
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management role
- Proven track record in improving operational efficiency and achieving targets
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication skills in English Malayalam preferred
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles is an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
