Core Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and continuously improve the corporate/project HSE Management System.
- Provide strategic HSE leadership across multiple projects/sites, ensuring regulatory and client compliance.
- Own and report HSE KPIs, trends, and risk profile to senior/executive management.
- Lead crisis management, major incident investigation, and senior-level regulatory liaison.
- Drive HSE culture, behavioral safety programs, and leadership engagement across the organization.
- Oversee ISO 45001/14001 certification and lead audit programs.
- Manage and develop the HSE team (Engineers, Officers, Inspectors) across projects.
- Represent the organization in client/authority HSE review meetings and audits.
- Manage HSE budgets, resourcing, and training programs.

GCC Experience (Min.)
15+ Years overall (minimum 5 Years as Manager)
Master's / Bachelor's Degree;
Engineering Degree preferred

NEBOSH IGC | Level 6 or 7 in OSH | ISO 45001 Lead Auditor Certification | ISO 14001 Lead Auditor Certification | ADOSH-SF Senior Practitioner | CMIOSH & CSP (Preferred)

HSE Manager — Oil & Gas / Energy (Offshore/Onshore)Industry Context:
Oil & gas and energy sector projects across offshore platforms and onshore facilities.
- H2S awareness, gas monitoring, and process safety management (PSM) compliance.
- Permit-to-Work compliance for hot work, confined space entry, and offshore survival/emergency response (BOSIET).
- Marine operations safety (offshore) and ADNOC/OSHAD-SF regulatory compliance.
Industry Context:
Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing installation works across commercial and residential developments.
- Permit-to-Work compliance for hot works, electrical isolation (LOTO), and confined space entry (risers/shafts).
- Safety oversight for working at height during ducting, cable tray, and pipework installation.
- Coordination of MEP-specific hazards with civil/structural work fronts to avoid interface risk.

Underground tunneling and subsurface infrastructure projects, including TBM-driven and cut-and-cover works.
- Underground/confined space safety, continuous gas monitoring, and ventilation management.
- Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) operational safety and ground stability/collapse risk control.
