Bilfinger Middle East is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join their supervision team on the Mafraq Development Project. This role offers a unique opportunity for professionals to oversee post-contract activities, ensuring effective commercial, contractual, and financial control in line with FIDIC Conditions of Contract and client requirements.

• Oversee and manage all post-contract activities from contract award through close-out
• Lead budget and financial management, including cost control, forecasting, and reporting
• Manage cost claims, Extension of Time (EOT) claims, variation orders, and dispute resolution processes
• Apply value management principles to optimize project outcomes and control costs

To be successful in this role, candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Law, or a related field, with a minimum of 15-20 years of experience in contracts management within the construction, oil & gas, or industrial sectors.
