Strong knowledge of HSE systems within industrial power plants
Good understanding of UAE HSE legislation and regulations
Knowledge of international standards including OSHA, NFPA, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18000
Strong understanding of water chemistry, desalination, demineralization, steam generation and cooling water systems
Strong leadership, team management and communication skills
Excellent English communication skills
Chemistry experience will be an advantage
Arabic will be an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in HSE / Environmental Engineering / Occupational Health / Chemistry or equivalent
NEBOSH or equivalent certification
Minimum 6 years of HSE experience in a Power/Water Plant production environment
Minimum 4 years in a managerial role
At least 5 years of Water Treatment Plant operations & management experience
