• Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
• Drive retail banking sales initiatives and achieve branch KPI targets
• Develop new business opportunities through client relationships and sales strategies

• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Minimum 10 years of banking experience with at least 5 years in branch leadership roles
• Strong background in retail banking, sales, and customer service
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong understanding of compliance, audit, and operational controls
• Ability to manage branch performance and meet business targets
