- 7-10 years of automotive workshop/service experience
- 3-5 years of UAE experience in a managerial or supervisory role
- Multi-brand workshop experience is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical & diagnostic systems
- Experience managing technicians, workshop productivity and service quality
- Strong understanding of job cards, estimations, turnaround time and workshop profitability
- Excellent leadership and customer complaint-handling skills
- UAE Driving Licence preferred
You will take full ownership of workshop operations, team productivity, quality control, customer satisfaction, vehicle turnaround time and overall workshop performance.
Candidates currently working as Workshop Manager, Service Manager, Workshop Operations Manager or Senior Workshop Controller are encouraged to apply.
