E&M Supervisor; Engineering - Electrical

YOUR ROLE

As an Engineering Supervisor you will be responsible for supporting the daily operation of the Engineering department while leading and developing a team of engineering associates You will oversee preventive maintenance programs coordinate work assignments respond to operational and emergency situations and ensure the efficient maintenance of hotel facilities and equipment You will lead by example promoting safety service excellence and technical expertise while ensuring all engineering tasks are completed in line with Rosewood standards

• Lead and supervise engineering associates to ensure maintenance activities are completed safely efficiently and to the highest standards
• Monitor preventive maintenance programs for guestrooms HVAC systems public areas kitchens laundry facilities and recreational areas
• Respond promptly to guest requests maintenance issues and emergency situations to minimize operational disruption
• Coordinate work orders prioritize engineering tasks and ensure timely completion of departmental projects
• Conduct inspections inventory controls and technical audits to maintain operational readiness and regulatory compliance
• Support team development through coaching performance feedback training and adherence to safety procedures
